Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using 3Woods Golf Sim ("3Woods", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
5. Safety & Conduct
You agree to:
- ·Use equipment correctly and safely.
- ·Only swing clubs inside the designated hitting area.
- ·Be aware of your surroundings and other players at all times.
- ·Wear appropriate footwear.
- ·Treat the facility and others with respect.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- ·Alcohol or drugs
- ·Aggressive or unsafe behaviour
- ·Damaging equipment or property
- ·Allowing unregistered users access
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Equipment Care & Damage
All users must take reasonable care of simulators, screens, mats, and fittings.
If bringing your own golf balls, they must be free of markings, scuffs, or damage. Damaged or marked balls can cause damage to screens and mats and are not permitted.
You may be charged for repair or replacement if damage is caused by:
- ·Misuse
- ·Reckless behaviour
- ·Improper equipment (e.g. non-clean golf clubs or damaged/marked golf balls)
- ·Guest actions
10. Memberships & Payments
- ·Memberships are billed automatically based on your selected plan.
- ·Failed payments may result in suspended access.
- ·Memberships are non-transferable.
- ·Refunds are not provided for unused time or missed sessions.
Minimum Commitment
All recurring memberships (Flex, Birdie, and Eagle) require a minimum commitment of 3 active billed months. Paused periods do not count toward this minimum — only active billed months count.
Early Cancellation
Recurring memberships cannot be cancelled before the 3-month minimum commitment is completed. Billing will continue until the minimum term is met.
In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness, injury, or relocation outside the area), early cancellation requests may be submitted to admin@3woodsgolfsim.com. Approval is at 3Woods' sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
Cancellation After Minimum Term
After completing your minimum term, you may cancel your membership by emailing admin@3woodsgolfsim.com at least 2 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect at the following billing cycle.
Membership Pause
Recurring memberships may be paused once per 12-month rolling period by emailing admin@3woodsgolfsim.com. During a pause, billing is suspended, bay access is not available, and paused periods do not count toward the 3-month minimum commitment. Additional pauses may be approved at 3Woods' discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
Player Pass
- ·The $50 annual Player Pass fee is non-refundable.
- ·Session bookings cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
1. Access & Membership
- ·Entry is via keypad or digital access and is for registered members only.
- ·Access credentials must not be shared under any circumstances.
- ·You are responsible for anyone you bring into the facility.
- ·We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access at any time for breaches of these terms.
2. Bookings & Usage
- ·Simulator bays must be booked in advance.
- ·Sessions must start and finish on time.
- ·If you arrive late, your booking will still end at the scheduled time.
- ·Cancellations must be made before your session start time. Failure to cancel a booking constitutes a no-show.
- ·Player Pass holders: cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session start time are non-refundable.
- ·Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges.
3. Guests
- ·Members may only bring guests if added to the booking.
- ·Guest fees apply per booking as per the current membership schedule.
- ·Members are fully responsible for guest behaviour and any damage caused.
- ·Guests must follow all rules and safety guidelines.
4. Minors
- ·Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times while in the facility.
- ·The supervising adult must remain physically present inside the facility for the entire duration of the session.
- ·This is a condition of 3Woods' insurance and will be strictly enforced.
- ·Members who allow unsupervised minors access to the facility may have their membership suspended or permanently cancelled.
7. CCTV & Monitoring
- ·The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security.
- ·By entering 3Woods, you consent to video recording.
- ·Footage may be reviewed in cases of damage, safety incidents, or rule breaches.
8. Unmanned Facility Disclaimer
3Woods operates without on-site staff. Users accept full responsibility for personal safety, guest supervision, and proper equipment use. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Woods is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. You participate at your own risk. You agree to indemnify 3Woods against claims arising from your actions or the actions of your guests.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the facility means you accept the latest version.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel membership immediately for sharing access codes, property damage, unsafe behaviour, or repeated rule breaches. No refunds apply in these cases.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
